Volunteering
Teens in grades 7 - 12 can volunteer at the library to earn service hours. One hour of volunteering equals one hour of volunteer time recorded. We are not able to provide hours for court-ordered community service.
- Become a member of our Teen Volunteer Night, a.k.a. TVN, by attending monthly meetings. Meeting times can be found on our program calendar.
- Provide program assistance by helping prepare the materials ahead of time, or helping the Librarian at a program, etc.
- Possible teen volunteer opportunities may include:
- Spring Open House in March
- STEM Fest in April
- Summer Reading Challenge in June and July
- Comicopolis in July
- Halloween Events in October
- Holiday Open House in December
