Illinois Public Acts 097-0609 & 101-0504

Public Disclosure of Total Compensation
In accordance with Illinois Public Act 097-0609, the White Oak Library District shall post annually the total compensation package for each employee.


Public Disclosure of IMRF Contributions
In 2019, the Illinois General Assembly passed Public Act 101-0504. The law requires IMRF to post certain employer cost and participation information on its website. IMRF will update these reports annually.  Public Act 101-0504 also requires IMRF employers that have a website to include a link to this web page.
